Такая мука, приготовленная из доброкачественного сырья, высушенного при температурах 59—70 °С в вакууме (об этом свидетельствует светлая окраска), содержит не менее 70 % белка, не более 18—20 % золы и до 10 % жира. Она является ценным кормом. В высушенной при температуре 100 °С и более муке (<i>окраска ее темная</i>) содержание некоторых незаменимых аминокислот и переваримость белка намного снижаются.</div></div>
